Here is a strategy guide that is good to follow when playing live blackjack in order to get the best odds. Depending on what you have in your hand and what card the dealer has face up, you will play differently. Follow this table to see how you should play.

| 12-16 | 7 or more | Hit |
| 17 or more | - | Stay |
| Pair of 10′s | - | Do not split, stay |
| Pair of 9′s | 10 or ace | Do not split, stay |
| Other pairs | Less than 6 | Split |
If it’s possible to buy insurance, it is recommended not to take it because the house edge increases then.
If It’s possible to give up it is recommended to do it if you have 15 or 16 because the chances of winning are very small then.
